When making purchases from DR's Secret website, shipping charges may apply. It is calculated based on the total weight of your ordered products, your shipping destination country and the selected shipping method. Weight of the products used may be actual or volumetric (bulky but light products), whichever is higher.
Some countries impose a daily value limit for their import shipment. As such, large orders may be split and shipped separately in order to comply with the countries' regulations.

When making purchases from DR's Secret website, you may cancel your order within the same day of purchase.
You are only allowed to change the delivery address ONCE if your order has not been shipped out. For all other changes, you must cancel your order and place a new order.
A cancellation charge of up to 4% of purchase grand total may apply.
When making purchases from DR's Secret website, you may exchange or return for a refund within 15 business days after the purchase, subject to terms and conditions. The returned products must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original tax invoice. The refund process may take up to 3 weeks to complete.
Any exchanges or returns made beyond the stipulated time period will be subjected to processing fees. These may include administration fees calculated at 10% of the returned products' price, credit card charges between 2%-4.8% and amendment fee of 650 baht.
All shipping costs associated with the returns will not be covered by Best World.

However, this does not guarantee you will eventually receive the products due to the risk of loss or confiscation. This risk is transferred to you after Best World ships out your order.

Although Best World takes every best effort to ensure your shipment arrives on time, this is however not guaranteed. The timeliness of your shipment is still subjected to the custom clearance at the country of your shipping destination.
